Operations Manager

Closing date: 11pm, 8 September 2024

If you are extremely passionate about understanding business needs when it comes to systems and operational processes, developing and integrating suitable solutions, as well as getting stuck into managing and analysing company wide data to help a business thrive, then you don’t want to miss this great opportunity to be our Operations Manager at Sing Up.

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and collaborative team player to work closely with the Head of Operations and help us manage and improve our business systems, operational processes, and data, as well as to provide IT and office management support to ensure the efficient and effective running of our business. You will also help ensure Sing Up is leading by example in terms of data protection, is compliant with data laws, and has high quality data available to inform business decisions.

You will already have extensive experience in managing various business systems, data sets, IT hardware and software, as well as the day to day running of an office. You will have a deep understanding of how all these elements work together, and how to identify and implement improvements. You will be a meticulous person with exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire and drive to develop well working systems and processes to help and support your colleagues as well as the business.

You will be part of a friendly and creative team in a busy, award-winning digital music education business that provides opportunities for children and young people to sing regularly for all the benefits that brings.

Our commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
