By the end of the unit children will:
- Be familiar with Mini Musicians songs 1 and 2.
- Have had opportunities to sing alone.
- Play simple chime bar melodies following colour and/or letter patterns.
- Demonstrate they can feel the beat by performing movements and/or playing untuned percussion instruments to music.

A gentle action song with a rising and falling melody.

Emotions can be a difficult subject for children on the autism spectrum, and this song offers a gentle way in to the topic. There is no use of names here so as not to draw attention to individuals, though they can be added if appropriate.
